Cant respond to router delivery email

Hi,

Im  supposed to  be getting a EE router delivered tomorrow (sunday 29 aug 2021). I got a text sent to my "non smart" phone, and it gives a web address for me to arrange a delivery time.....but my non-smart phone wont respond to this text...and when i put the web address into my laptop (on internet in macdonalds), it doest get recognised......how do i book the delivery time?........i will be in all day  anyway.

 

Its a router for broadband by mobile kind of thing...i used to be with BT but i moved house so much they transferred me to EE for this mobile broadband.

Its OK, sorry i should have  got back sooner...the router has now been delivered an i am now using it.

Its OK, sorry i should have  got back sooner...the router has now been delivered an i am now using it.
