As part of my 24M plan I received a Huwawei P Smart phone which is no longer reliably charging. Original charger cable and plug changed. Same problem. What are my options to fix / replace this phone? Purchased February 2019

I would recommend either giving our technical care team a call who can complete further diagnostics or contact Huawei directly.
