Phone delivery

Hi,

I got a upgrade yesterday 05/08/2020 and I paid for next day delivery for my new iPhone 11. I got home at 17.30 from a hard day work expecting my new phone to be home. Nothing had been delivered after paying for next day delivery. Can EE please explain why I this hasn’t been delivered after paying for next day delivery and promised it would turn up.
