No signal on new iPhone 16

Hi.  Just brought a iPhone 16 to replace a 13.  Not using the esim.  Cannot connect to ee network “no service” Any advice.  Service center closed at the moment   tia. Steve.

Just returned from majorca , didnt have a service out there for 9 days left i was on a contract , just returned and its telling me to top up 臘‍
