Phone contract complete. Watch contract not.

I want to switch provider for my phone now that my contract is complete. I also ha a watch which doesn’t finish for a few more months. Can I cancel one without the other or can I just get a PAYG sim on EE to pair with my phone? Or what would happen to my watch if I don’t have an EE phone contract at all?

@Imelda62 If you move to PAYG you’ll not get data on the watch but you’ll still need to pay the tariff for it. The same applies if you change networks.
