Phone Contract

I've been trying to order a phone since last week Tuesday, I don't understand why customer have to be treated this way. It's more than a week now and all I'm being told is call back again, wait some days. Why all these stress and difficulties just for a phone.

EE is not communicating with me, I have to call to learn what's going on. This is the worst experience I've ever had.

The digital sales team is just pushing me back and forth. The phone have to get to EE warehouse then returned then I have to call again to reorder it, it's more than 8 days now. The upfront £400 I paid is still hanging and I'm left stranded.

I don't understand why they're doing this to me.

You'll usually get a text when you're eligible to upgrade again.

 

A return may take slightly longer than usual at the moment.
