I’ve recently moved house and have no wifi until the 13th of January due to Covid.
This means I’ve been having to use my personal hotspot in order to work and watch Netflix etc.
I have unlimited data, but have been sent a message saying I’ve used almost all of my data? How can this be?
Can someone help? I don’t see the point in having ‘unlimited data’ if it isn’t actually... am I doing something wrong with the hotspot?

It's only talking about data that you may potentially gift to other nos. on your a/c if you choose to. It's just a warning just in case you wanted to. You may safely ignore it & carry on using data for your own purposes including hotspotting.

Its definitely not letting me use my hotspot anymore, I can’t connect to my TV and I am back to work next week. Without the use of my hotspot I won’t be able to work... seems silly that I have unlimited data but not unlimited use of my hotspot!

Hi @hollied97.
Are you able to use your data normally on your phone?
Are you able to use your hotspot with another device?
