Hi @Vicki77

You will need to claim from Apple via your warranty.

Have you tried restarting them first?

Thanks

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.

They were a Christmas present so only opened on Christmas Day. The problem is the right AirPod dies within a couple of minute even when they say fully

charged. So the left one is the only usable AirPod

Hi @Vicki77.

Did you get these from an EE Store?

As @Northerner has mentioned, you'll be within your Apple Warranty if you've had them less than 12 months.
