Personal Hotspot - Contact EE

I am trying to turn my personal hotspot on, I have an iPhone 11, when I try and click on set up personal hotspot a pop up message appears telling me to contact EE to set up. I have been able to us this in the past. I have unlimited internet usage, and my phone is on the most recent update.
