Trying to redeem my smart benefits and the link isn’t working

I have just upgrade to a new phone and got 3 smart benefits with my new contract. I have received the text message for all of them, the Apple Music one seems to have worked but the links for tv+ and arcade just don’t work. I click the redeem button on both and then it takes me to an Apple page that says not found.

Could you try texting PICK to 150 to try and add them that way?
