Hi,
This is the 3rd month that I’ve tried to pay online and the websites either been under maintenance or this time it’s saying there’s an error because the page timed out (even though my card details were automatically entered I’m under 60 seconds)
twice now I’ve been charged for a late payment because I don’t have the time to try log in or call you every day to check it’s working.
I can’t set up a direct debit because I get paid on different days every month.
And I really don’t have the time To be calling and being on hold just to pay my bill...with commuting 2 hours each day too and from work.
please fix the issue with online payments. If someone could contact me that would be great or if there’s an automated phone service for wifi account payments that would be great.

If you click the link below you should be able to make a payment to your account.
If the link doesn't work call freephone 0800 317 720 and a customer service advisor will be able to process your payment for you.

I am very sorry to hear you have had problems paying your bill.
