Hi
Here in the UK certain vendors allow you to pay using your EE account, like Apple for App Store purchases / Subscriptions etc
We have a business account and wanted to enable this feature for our staff as we are currently rolling out an app via the apple app store that is subscription based; and it would be easier for us to pay them via EE so it comes from a single source
Can anyone point me in the right direction to enable this?
Thanks!

Hi @mdoganer90.
Welcome to the community.
You can set this up through your My EE Account.
I'd recommend having a read of our Charge To Mobile help page for more information.

Hey Jon
Despite setting it up like suggested, we get an error from the Apple store "Payment Declined"
While testing with Microsoft, we got a Payment Declined by Processor error as well
We have ensured Spending Cap is turned off and Third Party Purchase is turned on, but still unable to make any payments
Thanks

Thanks @mdoganer90.
I'd recommend giving our Customer Care team a call about this.
They will be able to check that your account is set up to use this facility.

Hey Jon
I done that already and they confirmed everything was in good order and I should be able to use it as such, in the end the Customer Support Agent recommended I post here as she was unable to find out why it wasn't working

Thanks for doing that, @mdoganer90.
Unless any other users can share their experience of the same error message, the next step would be for our business team to raise an investigation ticket to try and find out why this is happening.

Hey Jon
Yeah everyone in our organisation is experiencing the same message / error
Would you recommend I call Customer Service again?

Yes I think that will be the best thing to do, @mdoganer90.
They'll be able to run through troubleshooting steps including checks of your account.
If they still can't get a resolution, they will be able to raise an investigation ticket.
