Bt sport logging problems.

Upgraded phone on 14th Sept.with Bt sport as benefit. Received link by text and registered.Downloaded the app and tried to log in but error ID300 say can't find bt account. Tried phoning 150 but the choices don't cover queries and was just sent a text about bt sport which was useless. Was told would receive activation email but could take 24 hrs but not received anything. Can you help please?

Yes,I went on the website and changed password to make sure I used the right one.Then I tried log in on the app but that's when it said they couldn't find the account.
