Bt sport logging problems.

Upgraded phone on 14th Sept.with Bt sport as benefit. Received link by text and registered.Downloaded the app and tried to log in but error ID300 say can't find bt account. Tried phoning 150 but the choices don't cover queries and was just sent a text about bt sport which was useless. Was told would receive activation email but could take 24 hrs  but  not received anything. Can you help please?

@Jajo1  The ID003 error is an account Association error.   Have you had a look at THIS  ?  Have you tried using the link within that webpage ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes,I went on the website and changed password to make sure I used the right one.Then I tried log in on the app but that's when it said they couldn't find the account.

If you follow the options for technical support on 150, someone should be able to help you with this.
