I placed an order for a sim card online 5 days ago. Was then speaking to a salesman and he said it would be despatched next day. Got confirmation email. xko279370416 is the order number. Cant phone as my old sim was a work number which has been cancelled. Left in lockdown on my own with no phone. Not good! Could someone please update me asap about where my Sim card is.
