Pay as you go. Can make and recieve calls but my Internet and texts still arent

3 days ago I topped up with the £30 pack for 60gb Internet and unlimited calls and texts. I have been able to make and receive calls but the Internet will not work and I cant send texts. Even when trying to text 150 it says failed. I have contacted ee by phone who say it is a known issue and they arent sure how long it will take. However after 3 days already and with paying for it so I can use the Internet I am really annoyed that this is still not working. Does anyone else know if I can do anything to make it work? I have restarted my phone multiple times too

Hi @Siscera

Welcome to the community.

Which phone do you have? Is it a new phone?

Are there any maintenance works in your area, @Siscera?

You can check by popping your postcode into our coverage checker and selecting 'check network'.

Chris

I have checked and there are no problems in my area
