Hi all, brand new here be kind, please.
Not used my work only pay as you go account for over a year. You know why.
Finally back to work tomorrow and the sim does not register tried taking it out, even putting it in another phone but still nothing. Any ideas?

@fastnet : I'm afraid you've lost it completely once you left it unused beyond 9 months. It's now been deactivated & any credit forfeited.
EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

As @XRaySpeX has advised, if you make no chargeable activity after 273 days the number would have been recycled and lost.
