Yes I have a pay as you go account , I purchased an add-on with unlimited texts and minutes for 7 days but still charges me for calls and texts even though it says that the add-on is in use @Leanne_T

OK thanks, @Dylan05lfc. They look like normal UK mobile numbers that should be covered by your plan.

 

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can find out what's happening on your account.
