I'm not with ee anymore but I've received a message from royal mail saying a parcel from ee has been deliverd? It looks like my old address. I haven't ordered anything and think it's a possible scam but trying to warn ee of this is impossible I therefore come to the conclusion that EE deserve everything they get get you make it so hard to get in touch when you're not an EE customer

Whilst it may be a scam, they seem to know your phone number and old address, so not just the usual spam texts that go out to many people in the hope that a few will fall for it.

Perhaps it's been ordered by the current occupants of your old addy, but someone hasn't updated the phone no.
Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2, option 4) . That won't ask for a mobile no.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
