Packs system unavailable

I activated my new EE number on 12 August 2021 and have not been able to access the Packs. I get the below error on both the website and EE app

Do you know what Pack you're wanting, or can you not even see your options?

I'm completely new to EE and I'm unable to see any of the Pack options.

  • Text AL to 150 to see if you have a pack.
  • Text ALL PACKS to 150 to see what packs you may buy. However £3.95 is not enough to buy a pack. You will need to top-up.

@Christopher_B  the sim was bought in May I think but only activated on 12 August, so 15 days now.

@Christopher_B  buying a new pack has solved the problem, thanks for your support.
