I’ve had nothing but trouble with EE packs. I’ve called three times and supposed to be sorted at the end of each call.

live purchased a £15 pack, I have unlimited texts until nov 21st, the data runs out today and I have no calls, I’ve spoke to ee who tell me that the issue is fixed but clearly not. This problem has been going on for about five weeks now. We cancel and re add the packs over the phone and say it’s done. Please help. I apologise if posted in wrong section.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Are you calling UK numbers such as 01, 02, 03 and 07 numbers?
