Ordered PS5 on 3rd December, got confirmation email etc to expect it on the 15th, would be notified the day before by DPD, that it was on its way. Heard nothing on the Monday. Used the online chat function. Told it wasn't DPD but patcelforce and it was all confirmed and should be with us as stated on the 15th. Still nothing! Phoned EE on the 15th to be told that it hadn't been picked yet but would be with us the following day, Thursday at the latest. Operator even check with the service department to double check. By Thursday nothing! Online chat again to be told it was selected to be picked on the wrong date, was never told that, and would definitely be with us by Friday. Still not arrived or had text!!! Quick to take my money though.

They are quick to take your money! I havent recieved my 'free' switch.... I knew it was too good to be true! The agents seem to lie every time i speak to them! Conned big time!!!!!!
