Hi, ive opted to early upgrade to the 12 pro. While I understand there is limited stock, my email stated can take up to 14 working days, and im currently on 16 working days. My issue is im getting reminder texts to post my current phone for the exchange, however as I've not received my new phone, and there are also postal delays and im yet to receive my return pack, is there anyway I can pend the trade-in date as currently that will be impossible without leaving me with no phone that im paying for.
