I ordered an iPhone se (contract) early November, that came with free air pods. The air pods still haven't arrived and I haven't received any emails or texts about them either.

I also took out the same deal and still haven’t received my AirPods, I’ve phoned EE 3 times now. The first and second time I phoned they said they will be sent by Apple them self’s as it was classed as a gift purchase. So I thought ok fair enough.
Nearly 4 weeks down the line and the 3rd phone call, they said I may have took out the wrong deal. What a load of crap!
I’m probably not only one whose been a victim of this dirty trick they are trying to pull on customers.
Anyway today they said they are trying to resolve this issue and I will receive a phone call within 3 days to see if I am eligible to receive my AirPods or not. Well of course I’m eligible because it was part of the deal in November! Otherwise I wouldn’t have took an additional line out with you!
This has actually put me off EE now and I’m glad my old contract is up in February 2021 because I’ll be looking somewhere else.
