PIN number not recognised

since yesterday my phone has refused to accept my PIN number.I have tried to reboot it but nothing works can you help?

Hi @eileen04 and welcome to the community

 

Were you entering the correct PIN? If you enter the incorrect PIN 10 times, the phone will prompt you for a PUK code which you can obtain from your myEE online account.

 

Entering this PUK incorrectly too many times will permanently block your SIM and it will need replacing.

 

Does your phone have any onscreen prompts advising of what code it is expecting?

Hi I am entering the correct pin & it has now been entered more than 50 times with no reaction over than saying it is incorrect
