Hi , just bought a new phone with EE PAYG sim . I am already with EE on a PAYG sim how do i go about changing existing number and remaining credit over to new sim as there wasn't an option to do this while making the purchase , The part about Pac code specified that it only applied to new customers from different providers . Any ideas?

Hi @l0obyl0o
If your existing SIM will fit in your new phone, then just do that. The SIM holds your number and credit, so treat the new SIM as spare and continue using your existing one.

EE PAYG credit is not transferable nor refundable. So either you:
- Use the new SIM & lose your existing credit, OR
- Use your existing SIM & throw away the credit that came with the new SIM.
