HI,
I have recently moved from 02 to EE, when i was setting this up on the phone with EE I gave them a PAC number so I could keep my old number (as I use this for my clients to contact me on) this was over a week a go now and my old number still hasn't been transferred to my EE sim. I have tried everything, including ringing EE and walking through their instruction of changing my number on my iPhone - the lovely chap then said that all I would now need to do was turn my phone on and off and my old number would work. It did not, it just reverted back to the EE number.
I have tried to fill our a PAC form online but it kicks me out when I click the process button. This is now becoming frustrating as it is affecting my business, with my clients struggling to get hold of me.
Please help!

Hi @a_austin and welcome to the EE community
Quite often some menus in smartphones (both iOS & Android) will have an entry for "my number" which has no functional impact on the device and doesn't affect the number that your SIM is actually using.
That said, I'm presuming that you have already made test calls to & from your EE phone, and it's those calls that have established your ported number is not working as it should.
If that's the case, then this public forum doesn't have access to your specific account and I can only suggest you call EE C/S on 150 who do.
