Hi,
I have this EE pay you go sim with zero balance. Its active, all other commands to 150 work well. Well now I'm trying to get a PAC code via texting PAC to 65075 but there is no response from EE (trying now 3rd day).
Am I doing something wrong ?
I have also tried to register my number online, it was registered and verified but now I cannot even login to online acc as well, it says everytime some unknown error,please try again later.
Please help in regarding PAC code. Thanks.

Are you able to receive calls?

Hi,
Can receive calls, normal.
This was a £10 or £20 bundle sim, pre loaded. No more topups were done. Balance is zero at the moment, sim is active.

I would recommend getting in touch with our customer care team so they can provide your PAC code.

Do you have more than 1 PAYG no. on your a/c? You can only use 65075 when you don't have multiple nos. Otherwise you will need to phone in for your PAC.

I have only one, this Pay as you go number which I'm trying to get PAC code for but still no luck in getting response from 65075.

To request a PAC, text PAC to 65075 or log in to My EE and go to Menu > Account settings > Leave EE.
