On 23rd October I visited EE in Princes Street Edinburgh. All my photographs and videos were in the gallery on my phone but asked the assistant if she could transfer them on to the sd card which would allow me to put the photos on my home computer for printing out. The assistant said she would transfer the photos to one album and then onto the sd card. On returning home, the sd card does show that a large quantity of photos are on it but not one of the photos or videos would open up. Worse still is that all the photos have disappeared from my gallery and from the google icloud!!
I returned to the EE shop on 30th October to ask for help but was given an appointment for this morning 2nd November. The assistant has now advised me to go to Currys PC World repair service to see if all the photos can be reformatted.
I am not at all happy with the service I have been given. The first assistant has done something wrong and now I feel Im being told it is up to me to fix the problem!
Please advise.
