Ordered on 25-10-2020, said that it would be dispatched within 7 days and I haven't heard anything.
Paid the early upgrade fee and haven't received anything back regarding that my order has been confirmed.
Can't even open a webchat with EE.

I can't use the online order tracker. I haven't received any email or text confirming anything since I upgraded my phone. EE took the money for the early upgrade, said my new phone would be here within 7 days and I've had no contact since. I put the order in via webchat.

Our stock at the moment shows to expect dispatch within 21 days.
As you ordered a week ago your order may not be under this timescale so I would recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can see if a phone has been allocated.

So I paid the early upgrade fee and the advisor said I'd get it within 7 days. If they said they wasn't in stock I would have waited before paying as I could have saved over £40.
Does that also explain why I have not received any confirmation or communication regarding the status of my order/upgrade?

Thank you! i''m just a tad annoyed that I paid my full upgrade fee and now still have to pay my full phone bill till it comes! I raised this with them and they offered me a £10 good will. which i found quite insulting 😂 hay hoe we get them when we get them i suppose!
