Hi,
New EE customer here trying to bring my old number from Three over.
The online form doesn't like the code I'm using. I've double checked and it's correct. Tried to speak to an actual person, but of course, that's impossible.
Not a great start, EE!
Anyone any ideas?
Thanks.

@Dfens if you’re having issues with the online form then you need to call customer services and verbally give them your pack code. If you’re not sure what option to choose just press a number that is not an option as this will put you through to customer services.

Thanks @Chris_B I've tried this, but I get a "we're too busy, can't connect you" message. Live chat won't allow me to speak to anyone either. Frustrating.

Could you try the live chat service on the get in touch help page please, @Dfens?

Thanks. Finally managed to get through and the switch has apparently taken place. Let's see.
Cheers.
