Hi. Just joined EE. BEFORE i left my previous provider I requested the PAC code. When I received my sim card I canceled my contract just to be sure I'm not goin to be charged.( nobody mentioned that I don't need to cancel it as will be automatically done )Unfortunately the sim card I received wasn't registered so I needed to wait anothee 2 days to receve my new Sim. Now that I have it, i tryed to transfer my old number online but it saying to put a correct PAC number. It is the correct number. What am I doing wrong ? Any suggestions is well appreciated. Thank you

Cancelling your previous contract & thus losing its no. before using the PAC from it, Therefore invalidating the PAC as it has lost the no. to be ported.

- Last question and thank you very much for sorting my query. How do I get the number? Do I need to call in or I can do it online? And if online, where. Thank you once again
