Today twice, I have requested my PAC Code by text. Both times I received no code. Shortly after I received a call from EE, asking the reason why I want to change provider, I finally ended the call because of too many questions and my answers was getting too personal.
Why am I finding so difficult to leave EE. Why does EE offer a text service for customers to request the PAC Code, when actual fact the code did not come through. I should not be forced into talking to someone on the phone questioning my decision to leave?
EE Customer Service, please send the PAC Code?

Do you have more than 1 no. under the same a/c? If so you can't request a PAC by text.

Just received a text saying, Pac code has been sent to me, it didn't come through by the text message, will I receive it by email or post?

If you requested your PAC via text it should be sent to you in a text message.
Has it arrived yet?
