I am sadly leaving EE, I requested and received a PAC code (ONE******). I used this code and received a porting date a few days later. However, the porting failed. I have a new sim card to port onto but the PAC code is not working when I try again.
I believe I need a new code from EE but the account is now closed and I cannot phone the help line due to EE no longer recongnising the number.
Is there a way of receiveing a new PAC code from EE?

Have you reported the failed port to your new network?
They'll be able to check what has gone wrong and liaise with our porting team on your behalf if necessary.

I've just managed to speak with a very helpful customer sevrice agent from EE who has confirm the number has ported from EE to the new provider.
So I'm chasing them up.
