I bought my P30 pro in January. In February, I dropped it and the screen now it's broken. I sent it to their maintenance service and they didn't fix it because there's a main board faulty.... Now.... the P30 pro is working perfectly except the screen which is broken. How is this possible? and.. if it is possible... how can I get a replacement?

Hi @arielaspalla,
Welcome back to the community 🙂
Did you send the P30 Pro back to Huawei for the screen to be fixed? Did you receive a report with any information on the other fault found?
If you would like to arrange a repair through EE, you can complete the online form or speak to one of our Customer Care Team.
Alex 🙂

Huawei doesn't want to fix it because the main board faulty has been caused
by the smartphone falling on the floor. I don't know how it is possible
that something like that happen and... what's wrong with the main board.
The smartphone is fully functional.
I've called EE already and they said it should be Huaweii to repair it if
it is a main board problem...
I bought this smartphone 2 months ago and basically... You can't fix it if
it's the main board...Honestly, I can't understand what's wrong with it...
Is it possible that I've just bought this smartphone and neither Huawei or
EE can provide me a decent maintenance service...

is on Huawei. And Huawei is telling me that they believe that it's broken
because the smartphone felt so it's out of warranty. It's not even 2 months
old. The problem is just the screen AND now I want to know what's wrong
with the mother board. Which I doubt I break it in 7 weeks and 1 fall.

@arielaspalla If the motherboard is faulty then it’ll remain faulty things don’t fix themselves. If the device has been deemed not cost-effective to repair then it will not get repaired and that is what Huawei are doing.
This is why insurance is available.
