Do you have an EE signal on your mobile phone in the same area?

Hi it is an osprey mini , called ee said I had a flashing red 4g light on myfi and couldn't connect to internet ,was advised to use a pin and reset the device but this made it worse did have one blue light alongside the red flashing light ,that blue light has now vanished ,the guy I spoke to said he couldn't do anything and someone would be in touch in the next 24hrs !

Hi only have 1 light on my osprey mini and that is red and flashing ,not had this problem before, all lights are on at beginning then only 1 red light

What ALL lights if it has only 1 light?

I have the Osprey Mini & it has:

• On top, a line of yellow lights indicating signal strength.
• Below those, 3 blue when lit lights, 4G, 3G & Envelope (SMS).
• At front, the power button with 4 yellow sectored lights indicating battery strength.
