I have lost my phone the, live chat is never available I can't phone from another phone as I'm in Japan and will be here for the foreseeable future, when I go to order a new sim the only option I get is to phone EE what a useless service how is live chat never available I've been trying to do this for over a week, absolute nightmare!

You can't order a replacement for lost SIMs online. You need to phone EE to report it lost. Try calling the Freephone no. in my sig over Skype. It should be free.

There are other phones & devices on which to run Skype.
