Ordering a different size SIM

Hi,

 

Am trying to order a different sized SIM for a new phone.  The 'Order A Replacement' section of the website only allows you to order a replacement but doesn't allow you to choose what size is actually required.

 

Is the offered replacement card is a 'push out' 3 in 1 one? If so it would be useful to state that on the page to avoid confusion!

 

Additionally, I've noticed that if I choose 'Physical SIM' as a replacement option the next screen says that my eSIM will delivered to my address on record and is this correct before it asks you to 'Complete Order'.  I assume this is a website mistake or is the reordering system broken? I don't wish to accidentally mess up my phone number!

Yes, all SIMs issued by EE come as a Combi-SIM with all 3 sizes as push-outs.
