Ordering a Phone on a contract.

I have tried to order a new phone and Apple watch on a contract. I have had no email confirming my order or saying that I need to provide additional information. I have been charged the upfront fee but otherwise have heard nothing. How can I find out what has gone on with my order?

@anfo230803  Have you checked your spam folder ?  When did you order ? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

To be honest it could just be me worrying for no reason. I'm fairly certain a confirmation email usually comes within the first hour or two of you ordering a product but I ordered it late last night and still haven't heard anything. I've checked every section of my email and I'm certain nothing has come through.

Unfortunately I'm not an existing customer wiht ee so i keep running into the same problem where it asks me for my existing phone number. This I obviously don't have and everywhere else i look brings me to the same problem.
