Hi,
I smashed my phone and the touch screen is no longer viable so I decided to pay the early upgrade fee (as it was due 5th June) so that I could get a new phone earlier and be able to use it. I paid for the new phone and early upgrade on Saturday and received a confirmation to say it was "on its way" but have had no further updates. On the website the phone I ordered said that it was normally dispatched within a day. Please could you help me about when to expect my phone. If it ends up turning up late, I will have paid an early upgrade fee unnecessarily and I'm still without a fully working phone.
