Just upgraded and Ordered wrong colour

Hi , I  just upgraded , but ordered  the wrong  colour , I called 150  but not able to speak to anyone due  to covid. I want to cancel and re-order .l
My order is not even 10 minutes old ... 

 

please help?

Just upgraded and ordered the wrong colour 😭 tried ring and doong online chat but can't get through to anybody. Can anybody help

Thanks for ordering with us. 

 

Our customer care team is now open.

 

I would recommend giving us a call to see if our customer care team can cancel this for you. 

 

If it is too late, then I would advise on refusing delivery. Once this has been scanned back into our warehouse you will be notified and will be able to re-order.
