Hi , I just upgraded , but ordered the wrong colour , I called 150 but not able to speak to anyone due to covid. I want to cancel and re-order .l
My order is not even 10 minutes old ...
please help?

@Weena711 Only customer services can help you with this but you’ll need to be patient when calling because of the current situation.

Thanks for ordering with us.
Our customer care team is now open.
I would recommend giving us a call to see if our customer care team can cancel this for you.
If it is too late, then I would advise on refusing delivery. Once this has been scanned back into our warehouse you will be notified and will be able to re-order.
