Ordered a samsung active 2 to be added onto my contract last week, but after the initial confirmation email i have received no updates. It stated dispatch was normally 1 day, but im unable to track it using the number provided. With no contact number for non emergency or online support chat, it is highly frustrating. Where can i get an update?

@theoslack You can still call customer services on 150 just don’t hang up and listen to all the message that is said. And live chat is available via your online account you have to wait for a pop up to start live chat.

Hi James,
It was in stock. I've just spoken with the digital sales team and this is apparently an issue with so many orders going through recently. They processed it for me over the phone and should be with me tomorrow
