Hi
I got my smart watch as an add on in January however I noticed about 2 weeks ago the Green light sensor wasn't working when I took it off and didn't think anything of it. I've now noticed it's not tracking my heart rate or steps properly. Any ideas what I can do as I'm now paying for a faulty product. I've reset it to factory settings checked the software etc.

Does the sensor show any signs of accidental damage?

In that case, I'd recommend speaking to our Technical Support team so that they can run through some troubleshooting steps and look into the possibility of repair or replacement, @Zoe221.
