Ordered the iPhone 11pro, but not available to track

I ordered the iPhone 11pro over 24 hours ago, it said it was in stock. 

Initial payment has been taken from my account and I got a successful email when I placed the order, but nothing since. Tracker is saying it can’t track my order right now.

Once your order has been processed you will receive another email from us, and you will get a text message from DPD the day before your phone is going to be delivered.


If you would like your order looked into, please give us a call on either 150 from an EE phone, or if you are a new customer you can call us on 0800 956 6000 and our sales team will check this for you 🙂
