Ordered on the 14th May and still not heard anything.

Hi

i ordered a new phone on the 14th May and 17 days later it still hasn’t arrived. I had a confirmation email but my tracking number won’t let me see my delivery status online. Help!!

I called the number but they said that they couldn’t help because there was no one available in the digital sales team. I have an xko number and when I made the order it said will be dispatched in 1 day!

New customer. I ordered a new phone 18 days ago. Got my email confirmed and xko number but then haven’t heard anything. Said it would be dispatched in a day. Cheers

Are you trying to call the number without spaces in it?
