Hi @Chloebo26

Because of the CPU shortage, no chips, no raw materials, no shipping containers, backlogs of goods to be shipped....the list goes on. This is why you cannot easily obtain games consoles or more high end consumer electrical items.

You'll just have to wait and keep watching the order tracker.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

@Chloebo26 , One way to find out what is happening with your order, is to ring customer service to find out when you can expect delivery, also you did not mention what size storage and whether it was the silver or space grey, but best place to find out is by ringing customer service.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
