Hi i placed an order for a new phone upgrade on the 16th, it said 1 day delivery, ive paid upfront for it and all i have is a confirmation email and absolutely nothing else, ive tried to track my order but it just tells me there are no order details available and my account isn't even showing that ive purchased an upgrade!

@TB63_ Give customer services a call about this. Was the device in stock when you ordered it ?

@Chris_B hi yes it was in stock, have hern on the phone to customer service a few times today snd haven't been able to get through to them after spending nearly 4hrs waiting 😪
