My daughter recently got me a spotify subscription but I am having difficulties downloading the app for my Huawei P smart. Can anyone provide a description of how to get the app on my phone.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Can you try selecting the Play Store and search Spotify, do you get the option to download the app?
