Ordered a apple watch on the 28th, order number confirmed, upfront cost taken out of my account by EE. Heard nothing since.
Giving the details to the online chat thing tells me to call 150
Calling 150 doesn't give me any options about "account inquiries" or "order inquiries" so I don't know if that is the number I should be calling.
I think it is a bit weird how there is no clear order specific options in the automated menu, I guess I could of missed it.

@alexlaurie1234 Just call and press a number that’s not option. This is seem as your having issues so puts you through 😉.

Update to this, still nothing. Not a single bit of correspondence. Weird considering they've taken my money...
I tried what was mentioned above but the automated system just loops.
