The estimated delivery guidance for when you ordered was to 'expect delivery within 28 days'.

As soon as your order is available and ready to dispatch, you will receive a text from DPD letting you know when this will be delivered.

I have been waiting for my iPhone 12 Pro since 4/12. I keep getting texts to say it is coming soon but I am not sure how long is ‘soon’. It is over 28 days now and still no sign

Hi. It has now been over a month since I requested an iPhone 12 max. All I seem to be getting is a text to say my phone is on track. Is there any chance someone can confirm what the problem is with this as I seem to be getting nowhere
