Hi I upgraded my phone on the 16.01.21 and selected delivery for 18.01.21, between 6pm and 8pm it's still not turned up. Had no delivery notification or anything! Absolutely shocking, can you tell me what's going off as online chat doesn't work either

If you're unable to track your order online, I'd recommend getting in touch wit our Customer Care team for an update.
DPD will send you a text when your order is ready to be delivered.
